TJ Turkish Apricots

Found these at Trader Joe's yesterday. No sulfur compounds, darker than usual, and taste different/better than regular dried apricots, even without the sulfur difference. Some of them are completely dry, but others still have a moist center, in an explosion of sweetness. It's like candy with fiber.

In other TJ news, the jamon iberico was only around for a few weeks, it seems. I am sad, though not surprised.
