Most people do not go to church once a week. Many people aspire to go to church as indicated by the self reports of 40% attendance in the US. Asking the question the other way "what did you do his week" finds approximately 25% church attendance. As is usual in such things people with bad jobs often cannot attend so presumably a weekly election would be a great way to disenfranchise people like me. I find it hard enough to vote in all the special elections, by elections, primaries, and general elections. If there is one thing I do not want it is more voting.
