refried pizza

A tip I got from an Adam Ragusea video: reheating pizza slices by heating them in a pan, rather than microwave (fast, but different) or oven (thorough, but slow or wasteful). In particular it crisps up the crust again; done right, it heats the rest of the pizza too. Covering the pan seems to help there.

That sounds ideal, indeed.

I do this sometimes, but only if it was a really good pizza. Otherwise I just shove it in the nuke-ro-wave.

Toaster ovens are quite good too, but my pizza slices are small, so they fit. Large ones might have to be sliced into pizza fingers...
