Splits the population into 9 groups, three each for core Dem, Rep, and center, which at the time leaned Rep. "Liberals" are the largest group (17%, doubled since 1999) followed by Conservative Democrats (14) and everything else is 9-11%. Enterprisers seem to have current influence far above their numbers.
