"Buffalo is not an endangered species"

A line on my packet of TJ Buffalo Jerky. I infer they got asked about it a lot.

Tastes good, though this "sweet and spicy" variety is 1/3 sugar by calories. Also pretty spicy, nice afterburn going. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to certain people I know.

Heh, vegetarians too, but no, I was thinking of people I know who don't like spice at all.

One of them is from the South and likes barbeque sauce. I keep forgetting how she works that.
