So I just watched Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex...

If I wanted to run a game like that, what system would I use? What do you think are some of the important themes and concepts to emphasise?

I would suggest Due Sex Machina, you know, the Tri-Stat cyberpunk one.
