Just counting states I've been on the ground in, though including KS and WI barely remembered from childhood. "Have passed through on Greyhound" would be bigger, 37 or more states.

Spain and Egypt are kind of cheating, since I was an infant and 3, respectively. Russia and Estonia were the USSR at the time, until a few weeks after I left. I don't count transferring planes in Amsterdam. Mexico is geology field trips. Canada is Toronto at age 10 and Vancouver for 1.5 days some years ago.
