Snowing during sunshine

I've seen that with rain, but not snow before, I think.  Neat.  Apart from, you know, SNOW IN APRIL, while I have the GORRAM FLU.  And my computer's whine seemed to have magically gotten better for a bit, but now it seems back into a high "damage your hearing" whine space.
