One thing I purchased at Bfoods East was PHEASANT & ROSEMARY PATE with Pork and Duck. The actual ingredient list is Duck, Pork, Pork Fate, Pheasant, Onion, Water, Pork Liver, Duck Liver, Spies, Pecans, Port, Salt. I think a false impression was conveyed. Still tastes good, and didn't cost more than the other pate. But still.

The female urination device isn't new. I tried one at least 12 years ago (think it was called a porta-jane?) for camping as a novelty and it looked identical to the one you linked. BTW, it wasn't all that convenient :)

The exercise link is interesting. I saw that research a few months ago in Time and was planning to blog about it, but haven't quite formed an opinion yet. It makes sense to me, but on the other hand the time when I was at my absolute thinnest I was exercising A LOT (think 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weights daily with long bike rides several times a week and living in a 4th floor walk up) and only moderately careful about my diet.

My gut feeling is that *significant* exercise can help one lose weight, but you can't exercise your way out of a crappy diet.
