Downtown used to have 3 ice cream places. Then they turned into Pita Pit, a calzone place, and what, Panda Express? But the calzone place, by Bloomington Bagel on Dunn, has turned back into an ice cream place.

The new place as supposed to be Jiffy Treat, to replace the one that was on Kirkwood. However, the guy who wanted to open couldn't get the owners to agree to another franchise (They think they have plenty of Jiffy Treats.), so he used his own last name. Anyway...it's basically a Jiffy Treat. =p
