I know that some places have apartments rentable by the week or month. Presumably some of these tend to be furnished, especially the weekly ones. I imagine this is at least somewhat cheaper than a hotel. If I'm planning to travel to a city, especially one not in the US, where do I start looking for these, and how easy is it to secure one?
