No, I haven't seen it -- I hardly ever see movies on my own, and the last I saw in a theatre was the Prestige -- but I just read an article on Iran's reaction to it. Yeah, my own default reaction is to say "join the historically abused crowd and suck it up", but with various LJ friends praising it for the effects, never mind the ahistory, I figured I'd forward an opposing opinion.
