Goodness, quite some divergence, I'd not realized.

Though I've no idea where some analog of nurse practitioners might be providing a subset of primary care adequately or whatever, I can imagine that doctors are often half-wasted deciding whether to prescribe an antibiotic for an itchy eye or sore throat.
